Naluu.co Returns Policy

At Naluu.co, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your product, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted for towels that are unused and remain in their original packaging.

  • If the towel has been removed from its packaging, it cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Returns Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at order@naluu.co within 60 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
