FAQ
Questions, answered
How is Naluu different from a normal beach towel?
Naluu is designed as an all-in-one beach setup. It features a built-in pillow, cooling pockets for valuables, sand-anchoring corners, and fast-dry fabric — so you can relax longer without extra gear.
Is the towel really sand-free?
Yes. Naluu uses a sand-resistant fabric that doesn’t trap grains like traditional cotton towels. A quick shake is usually all it needs — sand stays at the beach.
What's included?
• Sand-free beach towel
• Built-in cooling pockets & Pillow Pocket
• Ergonomically designed inflatable pillow
Is it comfortable?
Absolutely. The soft microfiber feels smooth on the skin, while the built-in inflatable pillow provides comfortable neck and head support.
Is the pillow removable and adjustable?
Yes. Naluu features a removable inflatable pillow that sits neatly inside a built-in pocket. You can take it out, adjust the firmness, or leave it at home — it’s completely up to you!
How do I inflate the pillow?
The removable pillow features a one-way valve, so air goes in easily and doesn’t escape while you’re inflating it. Once sealed, it stays firm and comfortable without constant readjusting.
How fast does the towel dry?
Naluu dries significantly faster than standard cotton towels!
What is the towel made of?
Naluu is crafted from recycled polyester (rPET), made using recycled plastic bottles. This gives it a lightweight, fast-dry, durable feel without compromising comfort.
Can I wash Naluu in the machine?
Yes. Naluu is machine washable. We recommend cold wash and air drying to keep it in great condition.
Is it good for pool days as well as the beach?
Yes. Naluu works just as well by the pool, lake, or anywhere you want comfortable, hassle-free lounging.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 60 days, as long as your towel is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, once a towel has been removed from its packaging it can't be returned for a change of mind. Just as you wouldn't want a towel someone else has used, we never resell opened items. If your towel arrives faulty or damaged, email order@naluu.co with photos and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Still have a question? Email info@naluu.co and we'll get back to you.
